The Petronella Double Frill Gypsy Skirt

The Double Frill Gypsy Skirt is a brilliant addition to any summer wardrobe.  Made from a lovely soft cotton, it is hand block printed and has a smocked waist band, allowing it to fit all sizes.  It measures approximately 90cm's in length with a doubl frill hem.  These can be worn on the waist, on the hips or even as a bandeau dress.  
The Aqua is a lovely bright turquoise skirt with a pretty floral pattern in green interspersed with spots, and a navy border.
